Yoga and Pilates Student in Bataan
It's always exciting when beginners want to incorporate yoga with Pilates. Both practices have so many benefits for the mind and body, and together they can create a well-rounded workout that strengthens and tones your muscles while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
For beginners, it's important to start slow and not push yourself too hard. Encourage your students to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed. It can also be helpful to break down the poses and movements step by step, so they can fully understand how to do them correctly. Incorporating props like blocks and straps can also be helpful for beginners who may not be as flexible or strong yet.
One of the great things about yoga and Pilates is that they can be modified to suit any level of fitness or ability. Encourage your students to focus on their breath and to find joy in the practice rather than worrying about how they look or how flexible they are. With time and practice, they will build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Overall, it sounds like you had a great class today, and I hope your students continue to enjoy and benefit from their yoga and Pilates practice!
8 RULES OF LIFE
1. Smile, It always workout in the end!
Life is fragile. Embrace it while you can.
Maintain equilibrium by avoiding wallowing in issues. Instead, use an unbiased perspective to reduce their influence and act toward happiness.
2. Be Kind,
You have the power to make people feel good!
Being friendly makes us happy, and being happy makes us kind. The more content we are with our prior acts of kindness, the more likely we will give in the future. Be kind towards your officemates and all the people within your company.
3. Don’t give up,
If it doesn't work the first time, find another way!
In reality, giving up and doing nothing at those moments when your life falls apart is not an option. Life required responses. Things will come on top of you if you don't keep in control of them! Inhale deeply, pick yourself up, ask for advice and a second opinion and try again.
4. Don’t Compare,
Everyone’s on a different journey!
Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on improving from where you were yesterday. Comparison behaviors can be broken by choosing contentment and concentrating on the positive aspects of your life.
5. Avoid Negativity,
Avoid Negative Thoughts, situation,s and people
Never pay attention to what others may say about you. Live a life that inspires you. Avoid thinking about how others will respond all the time. Instead, be true to who you are so that you may draw in those who are actually meant to be in your life. Follow your happiness, and the proper people will stand with you.
6. Make Peace with your past,
Focus on being present & creating a better future!
Time heals everything, so be patient.
You may not always have the strength to do so right away. That is a natural aspect of existence. You can wait for time to pass. However, you must ensure your wellbeing. Sometimes all you need to do is wait. Even though life may seem challenging now, if you adhere to this guide and stop thinking about the past, you can find happiness in the present. Recognize your suffering, but resist letting it rule you.
7. Stay Calm,
Remain composed and understand that you don't need to have all the answers.
You must have the confidence to focus on the appropriate thoughts. Unfavorable habits include repeating negative interactions, going over the past in your head, and repeating negative thoughts. Feelings might impair your judgment and lead you to make an illogical choice. Thus, if you see that you are becoming upset, check out, take a break, and return to deciding once you have cooled down.
8. Take Care of your body and mind,
Exercise your body for a happy mind, Quick morning meditation, Keep a journal, read a book or a magazine, Call an old friend, Schedule time for yourself, Unplug from technology, Get enough sleep and Remind yourself that you are fabulous.

At Europe Square while listening to Noah Cyrus song in titled “July”!
Liberality defines as not restricting ourselves but to leave freely. The present situation is that I am still in dungeons of evil, a place that I have identified as my prison. I cannot move, I cannot decide and I don't have the freedom to live the life that I deserve. I do not know what has happened but it has been two years of my suffering and suffocation.
Nevertheless, I couldn't leave the event because of my reputation, work and financial status.
In spite of my struggles, I still remain optimistic about my life and know that it isn't permanent. Within a few months, maybe even years, I am able to live the life I want.
Throughout life, nothing is permanent and there are only changes, and those changes can come quickly and unexpectedly, but by remaining positive and never giving up, you can be free.
Although many of us have struggles in life; maybe my struggle is not as great as other people's; therefore, whatever happens in our lives is a product of our choices, even when we are already in that current position; we should not consider staying there forever; rather we should plan everything.
Dark times come, bad people appear, saddest moments occur, desperation comes, poverty comes, and uncontrollable circumstances make us feel incomplete and useless, but there is also the opposite of that that appears, so remember to stay calm and brave, and you will succeed.
I know it will be hard and it is not an essay, but I know you will be fine forever.
Leave your life to the fullest, it won't happen right away, but you can plan and be patient.
The power of smile!
An expression of positive attitude is smiling. It is the expression of feelings.
In Transformational Yoga we value this emotions.
One could be a smile giving recognition to someone in the street; and the person you were recognizing returned your smile; it is a happy and calm greeting, complete without a short guffaw or a hearty laugh; a smile is an expression of gladness found in unexpected places.
The experience is neither an act of sharing nor an outward expression of bliss.
A smile promotes confidence and acceptability, which creates a feeling of confidence and acceptance in individuals. After all, why would you smile to someone if it was not meant to be a joyful sharing of your inner happiness? A smile is contagious. Give it and they'll return it.
We were privileged to go to Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation Center in Selangor, Malaysia as part of the 2nd OSEAL LEO Forum.
It has been a wonderful experience to directly interact with them and to participate in all of their planned activities. This was a place where I could truly be open and embrace all of them with love and without feeling any hesitation. All I can say is thank you!
You created this innocent smile, yet it is given from your own creation of a person.
This pure smile was a feeling that was uncontaminated, arising from a child's innocence, and it could only be accepted by us and embraced by us, a positive feeling that traveled deep into the depth of our happiness.
From today forward, make sure to always wake up with a smile, no matter what, and remind yourself that life is beautiful and full of bright colors.
All About Being Courageous!
Occasionally, you may feel depressed. At times, you may not want to rise and face the day.
Sometimes, you may wish to run somewhere.
Being courageous means standing up against it with love, patience, and high spirits, and explaining to the world how you can help it. If the world laughs at you, if the world does not believe you, if the world does not want what you are trying to do for it, the key to being courageous is to be able to stand up against it.
I would like to frame this question as a consideration for courage in battle. We are all endowed with the ability to fly when at war. Courage in combat is about pushing that thought out of your mind.
Courage is more than knowing-it-all. Courage is about accepting your uncertainty and facing the situation whole heartedly with acceptance.
Courage is not playing with fire. Courage is not reckless. Courage is not reckless gambling. Courage is about moving into the unknown despite fear or uncertainty. Courage is not about conquering fear. Courage is about approaching the unknown with acceptance.
My courage is best shown in my first trip to Armenia and Georgia. This is a place that I know nothing about, but I was able to plan and experience the life of a lone traveler. Taking the train from Armenia to Georgia alone for 1 and a half days is an incredibly bold decision, but I bravely did it.
Detecting whether you are courageous can be achieved by listing all the pain inside your heart, your fears, the challenges you have faced so far in life, and remember you are still alive to this day and able to move forward, make decisions for yourself, and be happy regardless of what others may think of you.
If you are in a situation that you cannot escape, then go with the flow, make a plan until the right time comes. It is you who has the potential to achieve all that you wish for in life. Never ever let anyone decide for you what you want or how you want to live.
To be successful in your life, you must focus on yourself, your thoughts, and your actions only.
It's about saying 'yes' and taking responsibility for the consequences. It's about saying 'no' and understanding the consequences. Courage means living your life with passion.

Travelling is everyone dream and I advise you to take a plunge to start your journey abroad.
All About Temperance!
Temperance is the quality of moderation in actions, thoughts, or feelings.
The way I understand temperance is, it is not to have excessive emotions, like for instance when someone is experiencing a difficult time in life, having deep thoughts about it will only have a negative outcome.
Consider the case of when you have a problem and keep thinking about it and giving it so much importance. Those thoughts may cause you to harm yourself.
It can also be explained by having so much costume of alcohol or over-exercising or non-stop office work and this results to a negative approach to your body and brain, which results in poor judgment, inability to think, loss of appetite, and fatigue.
To sum up what I can say is that if you really appreciate temperance, always remember to incorporate moderation into your life and lifestyle, and you'll be just fine.
Traveling Makes you stronger
In an airport, there are so many unknown, odd, strange people to observe that sometimes it is hard to keep track of things. In fact, you can never get bored in an airport if there are too many unknowns, strange, and weird people around.
When you are at the airport’s charging station, you can also read the book you have, if you have it. Read those that interest you. Check out the shops in the airport. Use the free WiFi. Snooze if you're able to. Watch people who are constantly taking selfies and listening to music.
6:00am is my flight departure from Dubai moving to Oman for 1 hour layover and after a flight from Oman I proceeded to Malaysia. As I was scrolling the list of possible things that may happen when I reach Kuala Lumpur, there are positive and there are negative. However, negative has no effect on me.
In my opinion, everything happens for a reason. That is why negativity has never been included in my risk assessment, but is a necessary part of planning. It is always possible to write a risk assessment in life, so you have the option of moving forward or not moving forward.
After 7:00pm I arrived in Malaysia and took 2 trains to get to the hotel, walking for 13 minutes and paying a cheaper price for 2 days stay. It was a very cozy and good room. Getting into the plane, landing in Malaysia, the whole experience was incredible.
The moment I finished unpacking some of my things, I got on the phone and called my friends to arrange my meeting and finally have a long conversation over dinner with people from around the world.
Besides Malaysia, I travel to Singapore, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.
It is not scary to be a traveler alone at an airport when you know where you can go for help and you know what to do. So get your travel plan started.
Building Confidence
HOW TO GET OVER IT OVERCOME YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS AND MEET YOUR GOALS
Here are some additional simple techniques
that may assist you in feeling better about yourself.
Write down other positive things about yourself, such as "I'm thoughtful" or "I'm a talented singer" or "I'm someone that others trust". Also write some good things that other people say about you. Aim to have at least 5 positive things on your list and add to it regularly. Then put your list somewhere you can see it. That way, you can keep reminding yourself that you're OK. You might have low confidence now because of what happened when you were growing up, but we can grow and develop new ways of seeing ourselves at any age.
What exactly is self-esteem?
Our self-esteem is our opinion of ourselves.
We tend to feel better about ourselves and about life in general when we have healthy self- esteem.
It improves our ability to deal with life's ups and downs.
When we have low self-esteem, we tend to view ourselves and our lives in a more negative and critical light.
We also feel less capable of dealing with life's challenges.
What causes low self-esteem?
Low self-esteem often begins in childhood. Our teachers, friends, siblings, parents, and even the media send us positive and negative messages about ourselves. For some reason, the message that you are not good enough is the one that stays with you. Perhaps you found it difficult to live up to other people's expectations of you, or to your own expectations. Stress and difficult life events, such as serious illness or a bereavement, can have a negative effect on self-esteem. Personality can also play a part. Some people are just more prone to negative thinking, while others set impossibly high standards for themselves.
How does low self-esteem affect us?
If you have low self-esteem or confidence, you may hide yourself away from social situations, stop trying new things, and avoid things you find challenging. In the short term, avoiding challenging and difficult situations might make you feel safe. In the longer term, this can backfire because it reinforces your underlying doubts and fears. It teaches you the unhelpful rule that the only way to cope is by avoiding things. Living with low self-esteem can harm your mental health and lead to problems such as depression and anxiety. You may also develop unhelpful habits, such as smoking and drinking too much, as a way of coping.
Other methods for boosting self-esteem
Recognize your strengths.
We're all talented in some way, whether it's cooking, singing, solving puzzles, or simply being a good friend.
We also enjoy doing what we are good at, which can help lift our spirits.
Create positive relationships.
If you notice that certain people tend to depress you, try spending less time with them or telling them how you feel about their words or actions.
Build relationships with people who are upbeat and appreciate you.
Be gentle with yourself.
Being kind to yourself entails being gentle with yourself even when you are feeling self-critical. Consider what you would tell a friend in a similar situation.
We frequently give far better advice to others than we do to ourselves.
Be true to yourself, Dont give up!
Today after watching Liza Soberano’s blog, I felt happy knowing that someone has the same experience but in another way and same self made path decision in life and finding her own Branding.
Working as an employee where I follow rules and being controlled by the management is something I had working own since 2010 locally and abroad as a Safety Engineer/Manager. I find it professional, however my own freedom was not really in shape and all my life people dictates me what to do.
So after taking Yoga Training in India, I decided to open my own international school to manage and be freely do whatever I want in life.
My new branding will surely turn successful.
One of the lovely question that someone have to ask in the direction of himself is a way to be yourself and being yourself mean you giving back something properly for yourself and loose from any reservation again. Some humans go their entire lives without analyzing or understanding their actual selves. They allow others inform them who they're. They let society determine their dreams and goals. It’s the smooth manner out.
You’re no longer one of those humans. You need to dig deep and learn how to be your self – your genuine self. Once you do, you’ll screen an existence filled with possibility and success.
KNOW YOUR TRUE SELF
Our ideals about who we are cross all of the way to early life. We’re born as sponges, and we take in our environment without even knowing it. We form an opinion of ourselves that we think is true – but it’s certainly how others need us to be. Those reviews turn out to be our limiting ideals, and earlier than you may answer the question “How can I be myself?” you need to strip them away. Your genuine self is beneath.
STOP BEING NEGATIVE
Restricting ideals show up as poor self-talk. To conquer restricting ideals and discover ways to begin being yourself, pay attention on your internal monologue. You may inform yourself things like, “I’ve usually been this manner” or “I’m simply now not properly at this.” perhaps you tell yourself that you need to be perfect to be worth of affection. Seize this self-talk and query it. Is it protecting who you absolutely are?
YOUR STRENGTHS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR
Your bad tendencies are not who you're. Replace bad self-talk with wonderful mind that empower you to be yourself. While you awareness to your strengths, you construct yourself up instead of tear yourself down. No longer positive what your strengths are? Consider the times in your life while you’ve felt the most “to your element.” You felt that way because you have been sooner or later discovering how to begin being yourself.
Dynamic Meditation
Dynamic Meditation if a form of Relaxation yoga, a yoga practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels and is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
What is the significance of relaxation in yoga?
Mind-body connection
The mind and body are inextricably linked. As a result, when your body relaxes, so does your mind, and vice versa. The body often needs to move before it can relax, which is where asanas come in. The body is more than happy to let go after it has been worked out, stretched, and opened.
Ushtrasana (camel pose) benifits to our 4 bodies;
Physical body: Strengthens the spine, opens the heart, lungs and throat region, balances the thyroid gland, and controls hunger and thirst.
Prana body: Stimulates Samana, Maha and Udana Prana.
Mental body: Calms the nervous system, gives peace, mental clarit
My Story
God gave us everything that is beautiful and brilliant, every creature great and small, everything that is smart and wonderful.
During the early hours of September 24, 1989 at 10 a.m., a warrior was born in a concrete and bamboo house in Iloilo, Philippines, a city widely known as the smile capital of the Philippines and home of the famous Dinagyang Festival.
A carpenter father and tailor mother did a joyful dance holding the warrior in their arms, as this is the first child of the family and the first fruit of their love for each other.
All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, all things wise and wonderful, God made them all. I was nine years old when I learned this poem, which became my mantra from then on.
When I was little, I knew by heart that life is beautiful and that everyone is wonderfully created by God. Over the years, this big heart of mine has led me to be involved in various community projects including nutrition programs, medical missions, leadership training, free computer lectures, story-telling activities, tree planting activities and eventually organized my own event to reach out to other people in my simple meager ways.
With a burning desire to uplift the economic status of my family, as the eldestchild of four siblings, I pursued my education concurrently with my involvement in Lions/Leo Club International outreach programs.
At the age of 18, which was mid-sophomore, I was working part-time at a restaurant. By the way, does anyone here know JOLLIBEE? Yes, that famous restaurant from the Philippines.
While attending my classes, I worked at Jollibee from 6:00pm to 12:00am in the evening, and was once named the "most outstanding crew of the month". Every day, I walk from school to Jollibee for an hour. I recall the rain one rainy day on my way to work and my ONE & ONLY shoes got wet and torn, making it difficult to walk with it but I kept walking while crying on the road, and my tears went with the rain until I reached my workplace. When my colleagues saw my sad face, they offered to get me a new pair of shoes. I felt so incredibly blessed.
2010 was a difficult year for me, I nearly lost my grip on life after losing my father, however as the poem said "all things bright and beautiful" I took a stronger STANCE, accepted the challenge, and was able to pick up where my father left off.
Having three brothers and a widowed mother, as the eldest of the family, I was the sole breadwinner. It was hard, but I am stronger, so in 2012, after graduating from my Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, I started my full-time job.
The opportunity knocked when a UAE hiring agency came to our city to interview workers for a job position in an oil & gas company, so I jumped at the chance and applied for the job, and of course, I became one of the chosen few.
Would you believe I arrived Abu Dhabi airport with two dirhams in my pocket? I could hardly believe in myself how I will survive and whom I will approach since many of my colleagues in the agency do not know what to do either. My hands were shaking as I waited for the agency's response and instruction. After 4 hours of continued waiting, we eventually received a call and the driver was waiting outside the terminal.
I started my career in the desert as I had great dreams and had the mantra that everything is bright & beautiful for me in the UAE. As I moved from one job position to another until I reached the job I am in today.
I have worked as an admin officer, procurement officer, laundry supervisor, waiter, acting manager, and later as the Camp Manager in the Abu Dhabi National Hotel. I was later absorbed by HLG and worked as the Global Health & Safety Officer in Dubai.
Currently, I am the head of the Occupational Health and Safety Department at Metal and Aluminum Factory.
Life is indeed tough, but we can never forget that "All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, all things wise and wonderful, the Lord made them all." After a year and a half, I finished my Post Grad in engineering management here in Dubai.
It makes me happy to hear that my 2nd brother has graduated from Electrical Engineering and his Master's Degree and is now working in the Philippines. My youngest brother is in his 2nd year of studying Civil Engineering at university.
As long as I'm striving to achieve my dreams and goals, I'll never give up. Remember fellows that tough times don't last but tough people do.

Benefits of Transformational Yoga to Wellness
Psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, and other people who practice talking therapy are becoming increasingly interested in the health and well-being benefits of yoga.
Professionals are becoming more interested in a strategy that puts the client at the center of the therapeutic process. They're gaining the confidence to incorporate methods from a variety of alternative treatments into their work and to tailor care to each patient's unique needs.
Yoga is one type of complementary therapy. Yoga techniques, such as breathing exercises and planned movements, that are taught in a safe and effective manner, can be used to treat a wide range of mental and physical problems.
Even though the body of evidence in support of such use is still growing, more and more research is focusing on how the therapeutic use of yoga practices in clinical settings can help with symptoms and general well-being.
